Track your Nordveq order

You can track your order as soon as it has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned.

How to get your tracking information

After shipping, you will generally receive an email containing:

  • your order number;
  • your tracking number;
  • a link to check the delivery status.

Click on the tracking link in the email to directly access the carrier's information.

Can't find the email?

Check the following folders in your inbox:

  • Junk mail;
  • Spam;
  • Promotions;
  • Other.

Also search for the words:

  • Nordveq;
  • shipping confirmation;
  • tracking number;
  • your order number.

Make sure to check the same email address used at the time of payment.

Tracking still shows no information

After a shipping label is created, the carrier may need some time before recording the first movement of the package.

If no changes appear after several business days, please write to us at:

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the tracking number, if available.

Your order contains multiple products

It is possible that some items are shipped separately depending on their availability or the location of our logistics partners' warehouses.

You may therefore receive:

  • multiple packages;
  • multiple shipping confirmations;
  • multiple tracking numbers;
  • deliveries on different dates.

You will not be charged any additional fees after your order confirmation.

Tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received anything

Please first:

  1. check the mailbox and the area around your entrance;
  2. ask other household members;
  3. check with neighbors;
  4. consult delivery details and photo, if the carrier provides one;
  5. contact the carrier directly;
  6. wait until the end of the indicated day.

If the package remains untraceable, contact us promptly at contact.nordveq@gmail.com.

We will review the available information and, if necessary, contact the logistics partner or carrier.
